Legal notice

Under Spain's Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), the owner of this website is Gonzalo Aguirre, operating under the brand “gonagb” (tax ID 21797340X), based in Valencia (Spain), contact email info@gonagb.com.

The activity is the design and development of digital systems (websites that convert, automation and AI) for businesses. Using this site implies acceptance of these terms.

Privacy policy

We process your data under the EU GDPR (2016/679) and Spain's LOPDGDD (3/2018):

  • Controller: Gonzalo Aguirre (gonagb) · info@gonagb.com
  • Purpose: to handle the assessment/contact requests you send through the form and, where applicable, the related commercial communication.
  • Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form and the legitimate interest in replying to your request.
  • Data processed: what you provide in the form: name, company, email, phone and your message.
  • Retention: if we do not end up working together, up to one year from the last contact; if there is a contract, for its duration plus the applicable legal retention periods. Then deleted or anonymized.
  • Recipients: data is not shared with third parties except by legal obligation. Vercel Inc. (site hosting and form execution) and IONOS (email) act as processors, each under an Article 28 GDPR processing agreement.
  • Data location: the form runs in the Frankfurt (Germany) region and email is hosted on IONOS servers in Germany. Vercel Inc. is a US company: should it ever process data outside the European Economic Area, this would be under the safeguards of Chapter V of the GDPR. No automated decision-making or profiling is performed on your data.
  • Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time, by writing to info@gonagb.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Accessibility statement

gonagb is committed to making this site accessible. This statement is published voluntarily and for consistency with the accessibility compliance service we offer; the legal obligation that reaches a site like this one is Article 14.2 of Spain's Royal Decree 193/2023, enforceable on 1 January 2029 for new privately owned goods and services and 1 January 2030 for existing ones.

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. «Partially conformant» means not every criterion has been verified yet: the automated ones have, the manual ones only in part.

  • Reference standard: WCAG 2.2 levels A and AA (W3C Recommendation of 12 December 2024).
  • Method: self-assessment. Automated scan with axe-core over a real browser using our own engine, plus manual checks of keyboard, visible focus and contrast.
  • Result: no automated failures detected against A and AA criteria on the home page, the accessibility landing and this legal page.
  • Non-conformant content: the contrast of some secondary text over gradient backgrounds cannot be resolved by an automated tool and has been verified by hand; if you find a case we missed, tell us. Embedded third-party video, where present, is outside our control (Art. 2.4.d of Law 11/2023).
  • Statement date: 8 September 2026, reviewed after every relevant change to the site.
  • Feedback channel: write to info@gonagb.com stating the page and the problem. We reply within one working day.

Terms of use

The content of this site — text, design, code and brand — belongs to its owner, except where identified as third-party. You may read it, quote it linking to the source and share it; not reproduce it wholesale as your own.

The information published is indicative and does not constitute legal, tax or professional advice. The pages about regulation cite the norm and the article so you can verify them yourself, but any decision with legal consequences should be checked with a professional.

Cookie policy

This site uses no tracking cookies or third-party analytics. It only stores your theme (light/dark), colour scheme and language preferences locally in your browser (localStorage): these are strictly necessary to deliver the site the way you asked for it, do not identify you and are not shared. They fall under the exception in Article 22.2 of Spain's LSSI, which requires no consent for technical storage or storage necessary for a service the user expressly requested.

If analytics are added in the future, your prior consent will be requested.
